World Mental Health Day

Mental health problems can affect any one of us, any day of the year, but the 10th of October is a great opportunity to show your united support for better mental health, and start taking better care of your own wellbeing.

Set up by the World Health Organisation, the theme for this year is workplace wellbeing, which lends itself perfectly to Juice. Whether you’re looking to boost your own health and wellbeing, or that of a friend or colleague, we’ve got a range of ways you can get involved.

One way to get involved that we love is through “Tea & Talk” by the Mental Health Foundation. It’s quite simple really, send an note around to your colleagues, catch up for a brew at lunch time, have a good old chin-wag, and put whatever you can spare into a money jar. If the 10th October doesn’t quite work for you though, no problem, just do it whenever you can.
