Yogalates (Engineering Staff Only)

Yogalates is a blend of yoga and pilates and combines all the benefits of both practices:

- Develops tone and strength in all major muscle groups

- Enhances stamina and core strength

- Improves flexibility and balance

- Stimulates internal organs, promoting their health

- Aids weight loss

Yogalates is more dynamic than traditional yoga alone and involves more toning movements in addition to holding postures. It's a beneficial mix of 'East meet West', merging ancient Indian practice of yoga with the Western practice of Pilates.

You will need to wear comfortable clothing and please bring your own mat if you have one.

    That was a very nice, fun, relaxing session! What a great way to spend my lunch hour. Hayley was superb, very accommodating with my poorly hips, venue was great as it is in the department - not a lot of time wasted in getting ready / getting changed, etc. All good really. Booked the rest of the sessions in November. Thank you for organising that. X
