Sing for Wellbeing is an informal, relaxed activity suitable for any ability, whether you consider yourself a seasoned singer or a complete novice who only sings in the car when no one is listening!

    I really enjoy attending these sessions. Kate is so enthusiastic and encourages us to get into the spirit of the session with fun warm up activities and a very varied selection of pieces to sing.

    Kate is great! I really enjoyed the session. It has just the right amount of technical support / coaching to help us all make a great sound, while also allow us to have a good old sing-song. Extremely satisfying and great escapism from work-worries!

    Kate is fantastic, very inclusive. All singing abilities are welcomed and we all manage to come together to sing something that resembles the piece of music... to some extent!

    Really enjoyable! Kate was a fantastic teacher, making the session energetic and fun. It was well organised, Kate brought sheets with the lyrics and/or music, plus a backing track with/without lead. We did a warm-up song, then went through a main piece verse by verse, building up to the whole thing. All very positive, no expectations of ability or experience. The session hit all the right notes for me - heartily recommended.
