Singing can greatly enhance your health and wellbeing on many levels, including physically, emotionally and mentally. It's a great way to release stress and have some fun in the process.
Juice is launching a new 'Sing for Wellbeing' class, starting with two initial taster sessions on Wednesday 5th February at Jubilee (venue to be confirmed) and Friday 7th February at the Fitness Suite, L4 - University Park. To sign up to either class visit the Juice Hub.
It will be an informal, relaxed activity suitable for any ability, whether you consider yourself a seasoned singer or a complete novice who only sings in the car when no one is listening! After 30 minutes of group singing there will also be an optional 15 minute 'learn to read sheet music' session for those who wish to learn. Sheet music will also be made available during the 30 minute session for those who wish to use it, but this is entirely optional.
