Mini Massage Sessions

After the success of the taster massage sessions at the Juice Reconnect event, Healthy Help are returning to offer short massages. Each 15 minute session allows approximately 5 minutes to arrive, settle and leave and 10 minutes for treatment.

One booking per person.

Please select your 15 minute slot and then complete the attached Patient Medical Assessment Form and bring this with you on the day (this will allow more time for your massage and less time filling in paperwork).

Please note:

If you would prefer not to share your contact details, you can omit this information - your name will be sufficient. The costs given on the form are not applicable to this session, which has been paid for by the faculty.

Further information on options and what to expect:

Clothed Massage - Given time constraints and privacy the massage performed will be clothed massage either on a couch or in a chair. If you are willing and able, Mark may be able to use cream or wax on upper or lower limb and neck if you wish.

Remedial Massage - As a qualified remedial massage therapist Mark has an adequate understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathology for safe practice. In other words - if you have musculoskeletal pain, he can treat it to help you recover.

Deep Oscillation Massage Therapy - This is a very relaxing and gentle technique that can help to alleviate pain and speed up healing, using a HIVAMAT therapy machine. (http://www.physiopod.co.uk/)

Relaxation Massage - Basic Swedish massage for calming and relaxation.Aromatherapy massage information - No oils will be used as time does not permit, but Mark will have a selection of essential oils for you to sample the smells and ask questions if you wish.

Contraindications: If you are pregnant or otherwise unsure a massage will be suitable please consult your doctor prior to booking your place.

    Having had an ongoing issue with my shoulder, which isn't helped by sitting at my desk, I was amazed just how much difference this 10 minute massage made and how good my should has been all weekend. Mark made me feel really comfortable so I'd definitely recommend this session to other colleagues.
