Mindfulness Session

This is a one off guided mindfulness session which invites you to bring your awareness back with your body, as part of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week theme of body image.

The session will be seated and there are no specific requirements in terms of what you wear.

Please note that regular mindfulness sessions will be planned and held at other venues across University Park and Jubilee as part of the upcoming expansion of Juice activities.
