    Very different style of exercise as it involves meditation as well. Liked it but my toes were very numb so I had to move to wake them up!

    really enjoyed this - very relaxing - only thing I found was my feet got a bit tired/restless/pins & needles due to length of time stood in one place. It was only the first one so we were being shown different moves etc I am sure we will be doing other stuff to move about a bit more.
